Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Audio-Visual Sales Executive to drive sales performance, support deal closures, and ensure accountability within our AV sales team. This role is responsible for driving AV sales numbers, helping the team close deals, and ensuring quotas are consistently met and exceeded. Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Drive AV sales numbers to achieve company targets.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with existing team members in three locations to drive sales
- Deal Support & Closing Assistance: Work directly with sales team members to strategize, negotiate, and close key sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Sales VP to implement strategies that enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Develop strong customer relationships, attend key meetings, and provide direct sales support when needed.
- Travel: Expectation of 50% travel to nearby markets to support sales activities and engage with clients.
- New Business Development: lead the team in uncovering new opportunities for the sales team members to work on
- Attend new client meetings with salespeople and help gather needs and articulate the needs in a design request.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in AV sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to help close deals and support sales team members in negotiations.
- Deep understanding of AV products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual (AV) and Communications Installer to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced audio-visual systems. This position combines technical expertise with project management skills to ensure successful completion of AV projects while mentoring and guiding team members. The Lead AV Installer collaborates closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems, ensuring all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for projects, resolving complex issues and providing guidance to the team.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to plan and execute installations.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and equipment management to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate system documentation, including schematics and as-built drawings.
Team Supervision and Training:
- Supervise junior technicians, providing mentorship, technical training, and performance feedback.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing among team members.
System Maintenance and Support:
- Oversee routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of installed AV systems.
- Respond promptly to service requests and client concerns, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
- Document system configurations, updates, and issue resolutions for future reference.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience with AV systems, including Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Q-SYS, and Dante.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and IT integration for AV systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in audio-visual technology, electronics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years of experience in AV installation and integration
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various furniture pieces in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation techniques and possess a variety of construction skills to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Assemble and install furniture according to specifications and design plans.
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for custom furniture pieces.
- Ensure plumbing is correctly set up for any integrated furniture features.
- Lay tiles where applicable, ensuring a seamless integration with installed furniture.
- Hang doors and install glass components with precision.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in flooring installation, welding, plumbing, tile laying, door hanging, glass installation, electrical work, drywall installation, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation are highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans accurately.

- Administrative
