Job Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the efficient receipt, picking, packing, organization, and loading of products. This role ensures seamless workflow across all functions, with a strong focus on maintaining timely and accurate receiving processes, optimizing storage, and facilitating smooth operations to meet customer demands and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test audio visual and communications equipment, including but not limited to projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing systems, digital signage, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that installations meet client requirements and are completed within established timelines and budget
- Perform site surveys to assess environmental conditions, identify equipment placement locations, and determine cabling
- Terminate and test audio, video, and data cables, ensuring proper signal flow and compliance with industry
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with AV and communications systems, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions to minimize
- Provide technical support to end-users, including training on system operation and troubleshooting guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, installation configurations, and service
- Assist in the design and layout of AV systems, offering input on equipment selection, wiring diagrams, and installation best

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus. AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, are a huge
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in audio visual and communications installation and
- Proficiency in the installation and configuration of AV equipment, including familiarity with mounting hardware, cabling, and signal
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Experience with audio and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and related peripherals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, IP addressing, and network
- Basic understanding of construction practices and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and wiring
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as project requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual (AV) and Communications Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio visual and communications systems. - Ensure installation hours are properly recorded on the paperwork
- Resolve any installation issues when the lead needs help
- Maintaining all installed equipment is safe and is removed from job sites at the end of projects.
- Coordinate with PM on allocation of labor & resources
- Work with the team to ensure satisfied clients
- Safety – hold brief sessions on a weekly basis
- Learn to install all product types
- Teamwork – look for ways to install in a more efficient manner
- Support sales on technical questions
- Solve punch list items
- Make notes on delivery tickets and provide to sales support
- Maintain a clean job site.

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage receiving products
- Check for damaged items and resolve accordingly.
- Receive product and enter receiving into software systems.
- Tag and store products and consolidate purchase orders.
- Facilitate cardboard, dumpster and wood removal.
- Ensure return products are stored in an organized fashion.
- Tag all items appropriately
- Inspect/evaluate product damaged when received. Communicate with the Project Manager and/or Sales Support to determine the next steps. Provide a photo packing list to sales support with the information needed to determine the next steps.
- Loading
- Load trucks with parts and equipment for the next day
- Have trucks are loaded so the installation can get out the door promptly
- Pull orders – ensure all product is there for a complete delivery
- Improve flow of products in and out of warehouse– furniture & construction
- Understand how to read and utilize pick tickets to pick, pack and load orders
- Equipment and real estate
- Ownership of 2 warehouses and the covered outdoor area
- Update storage monthly and provide report to accounting
- Daily lock down warehouses, building and vehicles
- Building maintenance
- Practice good housekeeping skills i.e. clean up spills immediately or flag the area off, avoid blocking emergency exits and report any potential hazards to a supervisor. Promptly report all needed repairs and ensure preventive maintenance is performed on your equipment.
- Safety
- Follow all established safety rules and obey safety signs and tags.
- Properly operate forklift, pallet jack and other necessary powered equipment.
Qualifications
- Highschool degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role within warehouse or logistics operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
- Can lift over 50lbs
