Job Description
As a Workplace Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations transform their workspaces into environments where employees thrive. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, presenting our services to decision-makers and industry influencers, and closing deals. With comprehensive hands-on training provided, you will become an expert in our various furniture product lines and the sales process within the interiors industry. Responsibilities

Hands-on Training
Create Spaces will provide hands-on training to help you become an expert in the sales process as well as the interiors industry.

Schedule
These are full-time, in-person position working in our downtown Las Vegas or downtown Boise office. This is not a remote position. Working hours are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a one-hour break for lunch.

Furniture Installer

Responsibilities
- Lead jobs as appropriate
- Ensure installation hours are properly recorded on the paperwork
- Resolve any installation issues when the lead needs help
- Maintaining all installed equipment is safe and is removed from job sites at the end of projects.
- Coordinate with PM on allocation of labor & resources
- Work with the team to ensure satisfied clients
- Safety – hold brief sessions on a weekly basis
- Learn to install all product types
- Teamwork – look for ways to install in a more efficient manner
- Support sales on technical questions
- Solve punch list items
- Make notes on delivery tickets and provide to sales support
- Maintain a clean job site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Can pass a background check

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Designer with an eye for architecture and design to join our commercial furniture team. Ideally, we are seeking someone who has had one previous professional experience in a design-related role and is eager to take on a new challenge. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced designers and sales professionals to develop functional and innovative commercial interior solutions, specifying high-quality products to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with designers and sales professionals to conceptualize design solutions and make tailored product recommendations for clients.
- Produce precise floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Configura CET, showcasing a strong design sense with architectural awareness.
- Specify Steelcase and other product lines, selecting items that align with client requirements, budgets, and project goals.
- Prepare product specifications and pricing quotes, ensuring attention to detail.
- Engage directly with clients and project teams in meetings, presenting design concepts and providing product expertise.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and foster client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; a degree in interior design, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience (ideally 1-3 years) in a design or related field is preferred; exceptional entry-level candidates will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, with a natural inclination for problem-solving.
- Passionate about design, with a keen interest in staying current on industry trends and innovations.
