We’re looking for a competitive B2B salesperson who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships, and winning complex commercial projects. If you’re energized by prospecting and want to sell solutions that genuinely transform workplaces, we’d love to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

You won’t be selling a commodity—you’ll help clients create workplaces that improve culture, productivity, collaboration, and employee experience. 

  • Prospect and generate new business
  • Sell directly to business owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Manage a full pipeline using structured follow-up and CRM tools
  • Meet with clients, present solutions, and close deals
  • Oversee projects from quote → order → installation

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (NOT retail)
  • Proven ability to hunt, prospect, and close
  • Experience selling to owners, executives, or senior decision makers
  • Strong communication + professional presence
  • Ability to manage multiple deals, timelines, and details
  • Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree OR relevant B2B sales experience

Overview

We are seeking a high-performing AV Salesperson in Las Vegas or Boise to own and close commercial audio-visual projects. In addition, we are looking for the right candidate to lead the team to future growth.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a qualified pipeline generated by our commercial furniture sales team. You will take ownership of the AV portion of each project — working directly with clients and project stakeholders to define solutions and drive deals to close.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative, project-based sales and is comfortable closing $100K–$500K AV projects. Travel 25% to nearby markets.

What You’ll Do

Own & Close AV Opportunities

– Take ownership of AV scopes within active commercial projects
– Lead discovery conversations with clients to define AV needs
– Drive deals from early engagement through close

Collaborate on Project Execution

– Work alongside furniture sales team, designers, and stakeholders
– Translate client needs into clear AV solutions and proposals
– Participate in client meetings to position and sell AV scope

Consultative Selling

– Engage with owners, architects, and IT teams
– Provide credible recommendations based on AV best practices
– Navigate project complexity and move deals forward

Pipeline & Forecasting

– Manage and track active AV opportunities
– Maintain accurate forecasts and deal visibility

What We’re Looking For

– 3+ years of AV sales experience (required)
– Desire to grow a team
– Strong understanding of AV systems, solutions, and industry standards
– Ability to confidently engage in technical and consultative conversations
– Experience working within commercial projects, construction, or interiors is a strong plus
– Experience selling into commercial construction, workplace, or integrated technology environments strongly preferred
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Compensation

– Base: $80K–$100K (DOE)
– OTE: $150K–$200K+
– Bonus opportunities tied to revenue

Overview

The Accounting Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and comprehensive reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s financial health by fostering strong vendor and customer relationships, managing cash flow, and supporting efficient accounting operations. The Accounting Associate collaborates with the Controller and other team members to improve processes, implement best practices, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Accounts Payable & Expense Management

  • Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and coding.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve order or delivery discrepancies.
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements, managing timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and process credit card transactions and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare weekly check runs, online payments, and apply available discounts.
  • Support month-end close with AP accruals and reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management

  • Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Post and reconcile incoming payments, including checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of customer deposits and address outstanding balances. 

Reconciliations & Reporting

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger monthly.
  • Generate AP aging reports, contributing to financial reporting accuracy.
  • Update the expense and revenue sections of financial reports weekly.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all accounting activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for AP and AR efficiency.
  • Support automation and ERP enhancements, including Hedberg, under the Controller’s direction.

Customer & Vendor Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors and customers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Other Duties

  • Provide backup support for calls, emails, and mail distribution as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Hedberg) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
