Cradlepoint Headquarters in Boise has undergone not only a move, but the buildout of a completely new space. During the pandemic, the leadership team decided to embrace flexiblility by changing their workplace policies to allow for remote work. To better support these remote workers, they condensed their real estate in the Boise Plaza leased 3.5 floors of the 11th & Idaho building. In the new space they created spaces for full-time in-person employees and weekly visitors. Along with full workstations, they experimented with more collaborative spaces and huddle rooms to complement their fully equipped video conferencing spaces.
Namebrand in Boise is a disruptor in the promotional product industry taking custom product design to the next level. To better support its team, the company decided to move from multiple locations into one shared space for both office work and shipping. The move was an exciting time for the company to dive into reflecting its unique brand identity within their office space. By introducing open office workstation designs, the team can now be more collaborative than ever before. Private offices support employees who need more heads down space, and common areas are enjoyed by all.
Project Dream Team is an exciting office build out in Idaho. The company’s property needed to hold everything from workstations and private offices, to conference rooms and a fully functioning kitchen. Bright colors and lighting added vibrance and life to the space as well.
Agri Beef’s True West Beef processing plant in Jerome, ID is a state of the art facility unlike any in Idaho. This new facility is helping support Agri Beef’s beef brands Snake River Farms American Wagyu and Double R Ranch Northwest Beef. By partnering with ranchers across the Northwest, the company ensures a supply chain of the highest quality meat. This new facility will employ close to 400 local residents that will greatly impact the Jerome economy. With this new plant, Agri Beef looks forward to growing its production to both national and international clientele.
The office is positioned in the front half of the building to create a clear separation from operations. In the office one can find a beautiful lobby, open office workstations, private offices, a couple large conference room, a large training room, a even a test kitchen. Throughout the space there are numerous cow murals that liven up each space and do a great job reflecting the company’s primary focus, beef cattle. Throughout the operations side of the business there are also numerous offices. The furniture selection is specific to its location. In some areas, the furniture needs to be hosed down on occasion so OEC helped procure the right furniture for those spaces.
After losing the lease on their space, BR Wealth Management made the best of a bad situation by reimagining what their office could be. After working with OEC, BR Wealth now has multiple private offices, collaboration spaces, and most importantly, a beautiful space in which to host thier clients.
In 1955, Henry Grasmick and his son Dutch started a produce distribution company (Grasmick Produce) with onions and potatoes. Today, Henry’s great-granddaughter Angela Reed is still running the business across state lines and has brought her own flair to the business starting with a renovation of their office. What used to be a small, dark, paneled space is now open, bright, and modern. Business is booming and the new space is supporting the staff as it should.
TruGrocer Credit Union is headquartered in Boise and expanding quickly. Its newest location is right in downtown on Parkcenter Boulevard. The space is full of tall, walled-in workstations, plenty of private offices, and a few collaboration spaces. That is precisely what happened with these Hewlett Packard (HP) work cafes. Our team of expert tradesmen contracted with HP’s furniture provider to install several work cafes around the HP campus to help coax employees back to the office. Now the spaces are filling up as staff makes its way back to the office.

Elase Medical Spa is a beautiful project on which OEC partnered with General Contractor, Layton ICS. Elase provides clients with everything from BOTOX and CoolSculpting to skin care and later hair removal. The space contains and absolutely stunning lobby with a pastel blue curtain installed by OEC that complements the pristine white furniture and countertops. Behind the lobby is a half circle with patient exam rooms, storage, and offices. On this project, the OEC commercial furniture team helped hang and level artwork as well the division 10 team install the curtain track for the blue curtain in the bright Elase reception space. Every so often, rather than design and procure furniture for a company, we will just do their installation. That was the case for the new Penske office in Boise, ID. In this case, our install team works with another company’s install drawings and puts the project together piece by piece. This building was full of private and shared offices, and mother’s room, reception seating, a conference room, training room, and more!
