About ICCU Ten Mile

ICCU Ten Mile is a new branch coming online in Meridian, Idaho. As the bank continues to expand across Idaho and neighboring states, Ten Mile is a piece of that expansion. This branch includes a large, open lobby that can seat multiple guests at a time, two private offices for the branch managers, large workstations for staff members, and plenty of lobby seating. All furniture was designed, procured, and installed by the OEC furniture and design team.

About PETIQ Headquarters in Eagle, ID

PETIQ  has just moved into their new three-story building with a rooftop deck. While the publicly traded company has expanded into 41 states across the U.S., its founder and CEO decided to build the headquarters where he grew up, in Eagle, ID. The new building is unique with a 45 degree break near its centerline that helps it capitalize on the surrounding views. Sleek Volo Walls frame in private offices, cubicles create numerous workstations, and lounge furniture adorns gathering places. A welcoming cafĂ©  opens to a waterside patio through large, glass garage doors. Meanwhile, the executive offices, terrace, and rooftop deck enjoy views of Bogus Basin.

About Pursuit of Profit

Pursuit of Profit in Meridian is the ultimate content creation center. Hosting events and podcasts on finance, entrepreneurship, business, and more, this space had to look exceptional. The event room really shines with a New York City skyline, starry ceiling, stage, and bright red chairs that pop against stark white tables. Throughout the rest of the space, OEC designed and installed everything from lounge furniture, height adjustable desks, credenzas, a campfire group table and more. This space is full of character and color which we love to see!

With a new building in Boise, Children’s Therapy Place now has four locations throughout the Treasure Valley and Twin Falls. CTP provides speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling and developmental disabilities agency services for children of all ages.


The furniture in the lobby is a great example of flexibility in spaces. As the office grows, new furniture will be easy to incorporate into the space. It also adds to the bright and inviting atmosphere of the building specifically designed to be inviting for kids. OEC also helped supply furniture in small huddle rooms and offices to support the staff that supports the kids.

About the ICCU Member Service Center West

The new ICCU Member Service Center West building is located in the Eagle Landing Development in Meridian, Idaho. This building is five stories tall with ICCU using the top two floors and half of the ground floor. Other tenants will fill the remaining space. The project features a wide range of furniture to create workstations, offices, meeting rooms, ancillary spaces, and more.

The new WaFd Bank Boise Headquarters is located in the space formerly known as the bodybuilding.com building. The project involved reusing and upgrading Steelcase workstations as well as adding a variety of new collaborative and ancillary spaces. The project features furniture from over 15 different manufacturers.
