Children's Therapy Place

With a new building in Boise, Children’s Therapy Place now has four locations throughout the Treasure Valley and Twin Falls. CTP provides speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling and developmental disabilities agency services for children of all ages.

The furniture in the lobby is a great example of flexibility in spaces. As the office grows, new furniture will be easy to incorporate into the space. It also adds to the bright and inviting atmosphere of the building specifically designed to be inviting for kids. OEC also helped supply furniture in small huddle rooms and offices to support the staff that supports the kids.

About the Datacenter Project

The ICCU (Idaho Central Credit Union) Data Center is located in Chubbuck Idaho. It is the home of the business’s IT core as well as the cornerstone of their campus masterplan. The 10,000 s.f. building houses temperature controlled servers that have to be constantly monitored. The two-story building also houses 400 corporate employees. To support everyone, OEC introduced beautifully crafted Steelcase furniture and architectural modular walls. While workstations are essential to support individuals, OEC also designed multiple shared spaces in company break rooms to help support the company culture. Meeting rooms with varied postures promote better collaboration and telebanking stations are made possible with sound blocking Steelcase modular walls.

About Hawkins Companies

Hawkins Companies is a commercial real estate, property development & management company with properties spanning 23 states.  The company headquarters is located in the 8th Street marketplace in Boise, Idaho.

This project is a refresh of the training room.  The room is designed with Steelcase furniture and can accommodate up to 45 meeting participants. The classroom has a mixture of traditional corporate training furniture and lounge furniture.  The term used in the design world to describe this mixture is “resimercial” meaning the blend of commercial and residential furniture.  More and more these days the corporate campus is being designed to include furniture that is comfortable, functional, and fun.
