Overview:

Valor Health partnered with Create Spaces to furnish and support the interior development of its new clinic located off Highway 16. Designed around convenience, healing, and family-centered care, the space blends Idaho-inspired design with high-performance clinical functionality. Create Spaces provided commercial healthcare office furniture, ergonomic workspaces, pediatric-friendly solutions, sound-dampening elements, and thoughtful layouts that enhance comfort, privacy, and workflow throughout the facility.

Project Goals:

Valor Health set out to create a modern clinic that would serve families, working adults, and community members with efficiency and warmth. Key goals included:

  • Establish a healing environment through nature-inspired finishes.
  • Equip the clinic with durable, high-performance healthcare office furniture.
  • Improve clinical workflow through consistent exam room layouts.
  • Enhance patient privacy with acoustic and visual separation.
  • Support pediatric care with family-friendly spaces.

Thoughtful Waiting & Check-In Areas – Furnished separate well and sick waiting zones for improved comfort and safety.

High-Performance Exam Rooms – Furnished all exam rooms with a standardized layout, labeled storage, and automatic hydraulic exam tables for patient accessibility.

Ergonomic Workspaces for Staff – Provided adjustable-height counters, ergonomic task seating, and efficient storage solutions to reduce fatigue and streamline daily workflows.

Privacy & Acoustic Support – Integrated sound baffles and planned white-noise compatibility to strengthen patient confidentiality. Strategically placed furniture to support clear circulation and reduce congestion across the clinic.

In the heart of Idaho’s healthcare community, the Executive “Admin Suite” at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) serves as the hub where hospital leadership drives strategy, operations, and community outreach. About Elase Medical Spa

Elase Medical Spa is a beautiful project on which OEC partnered with General Contractor, Layton ICS. Elase provides clients with everything from BOTOX and CoolSculpting to skin care and later hair removal. The space contains and absolutely stunning lobby with a pastel blue curtain installed by OEC that complements the pristine white furniture and countertops. Behind the lobby is a half circle with patient exam rooms, storage, and offices. On this project, the OEC commercial furniture team helped hang and level artwork as well the division 10 team install the curtain track for the blue curtain in the bright Elase reception space. With a new building in Boise, Children’s Therapy Place now has four locations throughout the Treasure Valley and Twin Falls. CTP provides speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling and developmental disabilities agency services for children of all ages.


The furniture in the lobby is a great example of flexibility in spaces. As the office grows, new furniture will be easy to incorporate into the space. It also adds to the bright and inviting atmosphere of the building specifically designed to be inviting for kids. OEC also helped supply furniture in small huddle rooms and offices to support the staff that supports the kids.

The MSTI Center at St Luke’s in Boise features the Regard system by Steelcase. Regard is made specifically for healthcare. In this lobby space, you will notice a booth, lounge piece, and a kiosk. This setup supports different postures in which guests can wait. The booth especially is great for waiting with kids. Regard furniture is designed to be comfortable and functional for patients and family waiting to be seen.
