Job Logistics (pre-install)
Collaborate with sales and design on a project-by-project basis to understand project scope. Attend customer meetings when applicable – includes phone, on and off-site, and all email correspondence with clients (new, network, and service projects)
Hold pre-install meetings with sales, customers, and lead installers.
Coordinate “outside” subcontractors on projects to include movers, and any sub-work Create Spaces utilizes (for example – data and electrical needs and on-site needs such as parking, elevators, etc.).

Job Description
Create Spaces is a leading office furniture , technology and construction company with offices in Boise, Las Vegas and Reno. We have been a market leader for over 30 years.
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. To be successful in this position, you must be accurate, organized, detail-oriented and quick with technology. You’ll also be a quick learner, have a great work ethic, and love to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
AP and check run preparation
AR invoicing and follow up
Research any AR and AP discrepancies and resolve issues
Credit card entry and reconciliations
Record cash receipts
Assist in month-end closing
Account reconciliations
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
AR or AP experience
Interested in a career in accounting
