ESI Express is a special projects division under Engineered Structures Inc. (ESI) a large General Contractor in Boise and beyond. This arm of the company is in charge of handling service and maintenance of buildings as well as small construction projects. Getting the ESI team up and running had to happen in a very short timeline so OEC proposed a phased project. Height adjustable desks were installed first as well as a large conference room. This allowed staff to start working quickly. As product arrived weeks later, the workstation walls and storage units were installed. Now employees have a full set up without any work time lost.

The master planned community developer has been working in the Treasure Valley for years, but now the majority of its staff live in Idaho rather than Arizona. The new office has given them a much larger conference room, fantastic private offices, height-adjustable desks, and a large common area for collaboration.

Israel based company NOVA Ltd. has created a home for local employees here in Boise. Located close to the Micron campus, the new office will allow employees to replace the coffee shops where they used to meet with brand new conference rooms and workstations. This long awaited office will allow NOVA to strengthen their partnership with Micron Technologies and give employees a place to retreat when not on a client’s site.
RVK Investment Advisors is one of the largest independent and employee-owned investment consulting firms in the US. While they are based in Portland, they have recently opened a new office in Boise, ID. The office takes advantage of its ninth-floor view with private offices rimming the perimeter and glass walls and windows allowing a plethora of natural light into the heart of the space. One unique feature of the office is a series of AMQ screens hung from the ceiling to create a visual separation between the lobby and offices.
There is a fair bit of unique art making it into the space as well. The art features local scenes from around Boise including a shot of downtown, Boise state university, and others. Another fantastic addition to the space is a grouping of light green lounge chairs that are perfect for informal meetings or just hanging out between colleagues. They can walk in, sit down and wait, or even meet with their advisor right in the lobby. A coat rack adds to this welcome by giving guests somewhere for them to hang their jackets.
The commercial private offices are a light wood tone which warms up the otherwise blue space. Shelves in offices also give employees a place to display their personal belongings how they like. With such great views of the surrounding city from their floor to ceiling windows, it is wonder they can get any work done at all. The unfinished look runs through all of their offices. While many of the privacy walls installed by OEC are for show more than sound control, the corner conference room does have a celiling that seals the space. The rest of the space is filled with Answer panels, ESI height adjustable Currency desks.
