Blindsource has been in business since 2004 and in that time it has moved locations multiple times. It’s latest location is the largest yet and brand new. Owners Mark and Nicole Wilkins bought the land and constructed their building in about two years and are excited to be moved in and serving clients from the new location. The two story building boasts offices on both levels as well as a large warehousing space and showroom.
B.O.S.S. (Build the Optimal System of Security) Retirement Solutions is a Utah-based company that expanded into Idaho in October 2021. While waiting for their permanent office in Meridian to be built, they rented offices at Regus at The Village in Meridian. Now they are enjoying their permanent location full of private conference rooms, a bullpen for advisors, and its signature blue wall.
SRA 831b Admin used to work in a converted house in Meridian, ID. While the location was historic and quaint, the staff was on top of each other. They had very little room to expand and desperately needed to move. Fast forward a few months and the SRA team is enjoying a luxurious 5,000 square foot office in Eagle, ID. Every staff member has a private office, there are multiple conference room meeting places and “The Space” is a lounge area for the entire team to enjoy. By the time SRA connected with OEC for their furniture they had an aggressive timeline. They split their project into phases to get their team into the office as soon as possible. Now they are enjoying their leg room and have space for growth.
Idaho Central Credit Union is growing throughout Idaho and their latest branch is on N Linder Rd. and Chinden Boulevard in Meridian. This branch has a large lobby full of soft lounge seating, private offices, and workstations. Some fun additions to this space are custom made resin and wood tables coffee tables that work great with the OEC furniture. The furniture is this space do a great job complementing the ICCU branding showing just how many amazing finish options OEC design has at its disposal.
ESI Express is a special projects division under Engineered Structures Inc. (ESI) a large General Contractor in Boise and beyond. This arm of the company is in charge of handling service and maintenance of buildings as well as small construction projects. Getting the ESI team up and running had to happen in a very short timeline so OEC proposed a phased project. Height adjustable desks were installed first as well as a large conference room. This allowed staff to start working quickly. As product arrived weeks later, the workstation walls and storage units were installed. Now employees have a full set up without any work time lost.

M3 Companies downtown on the Boise greenbelt is turning over a new chapter in a new space. The Phoenix based company is taking a big step by relocating to a larger space in Boise. The master planned community developer has been working in the Treasure Valley for years, but now the majority of its staff live in Idaho rather than Arizona. The new office has given them a much larger conference room, fantastic private offices, height-adjustable desks, and a large common area for collaboration.
Teleo Capital has moved into the 11th & Idaho building and is full of beautiful views of the foothills. While headquartered in California, the company is expanding its operations in Idaho and needed a new space to hold all its staff. Not only is it helping its customers invest their money, the company is also investing in Boise. Their office holds a number of workstations, private offices, and boasts two conference rooms with tables so large they had to be lifted through a window to fit. They have a beautiful space and look forward to a bright future working in Idaho.
Boise Hunter Homes is excited to consolidate all of its 60 employee operations under the same roof. After a couple years of exponential growth, the company has brought everyone into the same office. After a number of Steelcase Privacy Wall reconfigurations and new furniture, the company is ready to grow into its new space.
Israel based company NOVA Ltd. has created a home for local employees here in Boise. Located close to the Micron campus, the new office will allow employees to replace the coffee shops where they used to meet with brand new conference rooms and workstations. This long awaited office will allow NOVA to strengthen their partnership with Micron Technologies and give employees a place to retreat when not on a client’s site.
