Overview:

Create Spaces completed a full commercial AV installation (partnering with other integrators) and low-voltage infrastructure buildout for Awaken Church. The project focused on creating a clean, scalable backbone to support modern worship services, live production, and future technology growth.

Our scope included structured cabling, system infrastructure, and coordinated on-site installation support across the facility. In addition, we partnered closely with Awaken Church representatives and specialty vendors to ensure seamless integration of the video wall, lighting, and production systems.

While certain programming and final configuration were completed by partner teams, Create Spaces delivered the infrastructure, installation coordination, and organized wiring foundation that makes long-term performance possible.

Solutions and Highlights

Structured Cabling & Infrastructure

Create Spaces pulled, routed, and terminated the low-voltage cabling needed to support the facility’s production environment. This included CAT cable, coax, speaker wire, and additional AV-related infrastructure.

Audio, Video, Lighting, and Control Support

Our team installed the infrastructure required to support integrated audio, video, lighting, and control systems across multiple spaces, while working with other integrators. This approach ensures the church has a future-ready backbone as technology needs evolve.

Vendor Partnership for Full-System Integration

To bring the project together, we worked closely with Awaken Church and partner vendors. This included coordination around major elements such as the video wall and the lighting system. Create Spaces installed the grid and connection infrastructure, while specialized teams handled light hanging and programming.

Clean Cable Management, Labeling, and Testing

A high-performing AV system starts with organization. Our team prioritized clean cable pathways, labeling, and testing to support reliability now and simplify troubleshooting later.

Results

  • A 226″ large-format projection screen for cinematic viewing

  • A 16,500-lumen 4K laser projector for bright, crisp visuals

  • An integrated audio system engineered for clear, balanced sound

This theater creates an immersive setting for visitors to learn about the Valley of Fire ecosystem while staff lead presentations, trainings, and community events.

This commercial office furniture and AV design project for a faith-based institution required a careful balance of form and function. From worship areas to classrooms and staff offices, each space was designed to support both spiritual connection and daily operations. As a result, the Parish now offers a flexible and comfortable environment that encourages reflection, learning, and belonging.

Upcoming phases include renovations to the original church building and expanded seating throughout the new facility. Overview

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is responsible for managing and improving local roads and bridges throughout Ada County, Idaho. As part of their commitment to smarter transportation planning and real-time traffic oversight, ACHD recently constructed a new headquarters off Franklin Road. A key feature of this new facility is the ACHD Traffic Management Center (TMC)—a mission-critical space where live data supports fast, informed decisions that impact thousands of daily commuters. Create Spaces was awarded the TMC project through a competitive bid, delivering both audiovisual and furniture solutions for this high-performance environment.

Project Goals

ACHD envisioned a centralized operations center equipped to monitor countywide road activity with efficiency and clarity. Their goals included seamless communication, instant access to traffic camera feeds, and an intuitive interface for managing congestion and road events. The space needed to be highly functional, durable, and designed for around-the-clock use by technical specialists.

Solutions and Highlights

Create Spaces’ AV and Furniture teams collaborated to craft a custom-built, integrated solution. At the heart of the room is one of the largest videowalls in Idaho—a 14’ x 4’ Planar DirectLight Ultra (DLU) Series wall. This state-of-the-art MicroLED display provides crisp visuals, ultra-fine pixel pitch, and deep contrast. Features include 24/7 reliability, Planar ActivAlign™ for seamless alignment, an off-board remote power supply to minimize heat and noise, and the Planar WallDirector™ controller for user-friendly wall management. With up to nine presets and IP-based control, users can configure views on demand. Plus, modular square tiles make any maintenance fast and cost-effective.

Complementing the display is a custom operator console built specifically for ACHD. Each workstation supports multiple monitors and features integrated HVAC—offering personal heating underfoot and cooling from the desktop at the touch of a button. This comfort-focused functionality keeps operators performing at their best during long shifts. Clean cable management, ergonomic design, and visual cohesion with the facility round out the solution.

Results

ACHD’s new TMC is fully operational and already making a difference—enabling faster response times, improved traffic flow, and a more connected infrastructure system. The space blends form and function, showcasing how custom AV and furniture solutions can power smart city operations. After nearly 20 years in the same space, it was time for a full office tenant improvement (TI) and remodel at TOK Commercial’s Boise, Idaho office. With advancements in technology and evolving workplace needs, their boardroom and conference rooms required upgrades to stay ahead.

Designed to impress, the refreshed office features a stunning lobby, high-end boardroom, and thoughtfully crafted workstations. The boardroom, medium conference room, and front desk now showcase custom quartz tabletops paired with Requisite Highback Chairs from Allseating, blending elegance with comfort.

We can’t get enough of how the front lobby turned out! This project strikes the perfect balance between form and function, creating a space that’s both refined and inviting.

TOK wanted a quiet, sophisticated reception area, so we introduced MPS Acoustics—but not just any acoustics. These sleek, modern solutions not only enhance the space visually but also minimize noise and echo, making the environment as serene as it is stylish.
