Commercial Office Furniture Vegas St. John Neumann – When St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church began building its new Parish in Las Vegas, the leadership team partnered with Create Spaces to help bring their vision to life. They needed a space that felt warm, modern, and welcoming—one that reflected their mission to be transformed, generous, and community-focused.

This commercial office furniture and AV design project for a faith-based institution required a careful balance of form and function. From worship areas to classrooms and staff offices, each space was designed to support both spiritual connection and daily operations. As a result, the Parish now offers a flexible and comfortable environment that encourages reflection, learning, and belonging.

Project Goals: Modern Church Furniture & Collaborative Spaces

To support St. John Neumann’s goals, Create Spaces focused on three main priorities:

  • Designing clean, open workspaces that promote connection and productivity among staff and volunteers
  • Creating a memorable, comfortable experience for both long-time parishioners and new visitors

In addition to those goals, the Parish needed furniture that could adapt over time and support multiple uses across ministries.

  • Private Offices for church staff and clergy were designed with intention—especially the parish leader’s office, which blends elegance with practicality.
  • Flexible Meeting Rooms are equipped with modular furniture, making it easy to host small group gatherings, staff planning sessions, and ministry events.
  • Conference Rooms include integrated AV technology, allowing for seamless presentations, meetings, and remote collaboration when needed.

Although the Parish hasn’t officially opened its doors yet, leadership and members have already expressed their excitement and appreciation. The new space doesn’t just look beautiful—it works. As a result, church leaders now have a space that supports their mission while serving the needs of their community.

Following the success of this project, Create Spaces is continuing its partnership with St. John Neumann. Upcoming phases include renovations to the original church building and expanded seating throughout the new facility. Meanwhile, the completed areas already reflect the power of thoughtful design in supporting spiritual growth.

Overview

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is responsible for managing and improving local roads and bridges throughout Ada County, Idaho. As part of their commitment to smarter transportation planning and real-time traffic oversight, ACHD recently constructed a new headquarters off Franklin Road. A key feature of this new facility is the ACHD Traffic Management Center (TMC)—a mission-critical space where live data supports fast, informed decisions that impact thousands of daily commuters. Create Spaces was awarded the TMC project through a competitive bid, delivering both audiovisual and furniture solutions for this high-performance environment.

Project Goals

ACHD envisioned a centralized operations center equipped to monitor countywide road activity with efficiency and clarity. Their goals included seamless communication, instant access to traffic camera feeds, and an intuitive interface for managing congestion and road events. The space needed to be highly functional, durable, and designed for around-the-clock use by technical specialists.

Solutions and Highlights

Create Spaces’ AV and Furniture teams collaborated to craft a custom-built, integrated solution. At the heart of the room is one of the largest videowalls in Idaho—a 14’ x 4’ Planar DirectLight Ultra (DLU) Series wall. This state-of-the-art MicroLED display provides crisp visuals, ultra-fine pixel pitch, and deep contrast. Features include 24/7 reliability, Planar ActivAlign™ for seamless alignment, an off-board remote power supply to minimize heat and noise, and the Planar WallDirector™ controller for user-friendly wall management. With up to nine presets and IP-based control, users can configure views on demand. Plus, modular square tiles make any maintenance fast and cost-effective.

Complementing the display is a custom operator console built specifically for ACHD. Each workstation supports multiple monitors and features integrated HVAC—offering personal heating underfoot and cooling from the desktop at the touch of a button. This comfort-focused functionality keeps operators performing at their best during long shifts. Clean cable management, ergonomic design, and visual cohesion with the facility round out the solution.

Results

ACHD’s new TMC is fully operational and already making a difference—enabling faster response times, improved traffic flow, and a more connected infrastructure system. The space blends form and function, showcasing how custom AV and furniture solutions can power smart city operations. This project reflects Create Spaces’ commitment to elevating mission-critical environments through thoughtful design and technology integration.

Commercial Furniture Dealer Project – Alliance Title & Escrow: Alliance Title & Escrow partnered with Create Spaces, a trusted commercial furniture dealer, to furnish and design their new Meridian, Idaho office. The goal was to create a modern, welcoming environment that reflects their company values while improving both the client and employee experience.

This project required more than just attractive furnishings. It called for an integrated design approach that combined office furniture, closing room layouts, and audiovisual (AV) technology—ensuring every space felt professional, warm, and trustworthy. From ergonomic desks to AV-ready training areas, the workplace was designed to support life-changing moments like real estate closings, as well as everyday team collaboration.

Designed to impress, the refreshed office features a stunning lobby, high-end boardroom, and thoughtfully crafted workstations. The boardroom, medium conference room, and front desk now showcase custom quartz tabletops paired with Requisite Highback Chairs from Allseating, blending elegance with comfort.

We can’t get enough of how the front lobby turned out! This project strikes the perfect balance between form and function, creating a space that’s both refined and inviting.

TOK wanted a quiet, sophisticated reception area, so we introduced MPS Acoustics—but not just any acoustics. These sleek, modern solutions not only enhance the space visually but also minimize noise and echo, making the environment as serene as it is stylish.
